Spray foam loft insulation

Save up to 45% on your heating bills and improve the comfort of your home with energy efficient loft insulation

Without proper loft insulation, your household bills could be literally going through the roof.

Our superior closed cell spray foam insulation is a great solution if you want to save money and create a warm, cosy and healthy home environment. Keep out draughts, reduce noise and airborne pollutants – and take back control of your monthly heating costs.

How our loft insulation works

Did you know around a quarter of all heat is lost through an uninsulated roof? Insulating your loft with high quality spray foam insulation is an effective way to save up to 45% on your heating bills and stop this unwanted heat loss.

Spray foam is applied as a liquid in the roof at joist or rafter level. As it dries, it expands and forms an airtight seal. This not only creates a brilliantly energy efficient insulating layer, but it is an ideal choice for anyone who wants to cut noise pollution and protect their home from health-damaging airborne pollutants. What’s more, while it keeps warm air in the home during the cold winter months, it also prevents your house from getting too hot in the summer.

Our anti-moisture closed cell technology is advanced as it gets. It offers superior sealing capability and because it sets solidly, it can be used to support and improve the structural integrity of your property.

We also ensure that lofts are properly ventilated so homes remain breathable and healthy – therefore preventing the mould-causing build-up of damp and condensation sometimes seen in inferior types of insulation material.

What’s more, we offer a complete design consultation service so you can make the most of the extra space. Whether you want to use your loft as a hobby room or home office, create a dream master bedroom or additional storage space, the Noreus team will bring your vision to life.
